Maturity 115 days. Some call the Cushaw a pumpkin, some call it a squash. Large, bulb-shaped fruits with curved neck can weigh up to 40 lbs. Large vines produce creamy-white fruit that are mottled with green stripes. The light yellow flesh is slightly sweet, thick, medium-coarse, and fibrous and is fine for pies and baking.
